To track nokia 206 lcd is a bit tricky because it does not use driver (ic lcd) only path to L (coil) so that in case of breaking the path we should not replace live jumper because l This function is similar if we jumper. breaking lines can make the screen white lcd phone or can not light up at all, therefore before you replace lcd, first check its lines.
For numbers 5,9,13, 19, 20 and 24 do not need to jumper because the track is dead or ground.X2400 lcd connector and V2204 is battery connector.
