Make sure the phone is already in reinstall, and then check the path of the touch screen, the way the image below (connector ts)
Use a tester check points A and F needle tester moves the D and C to move
A and C, D and F, not move, ts indicates that the path is ok, but not
ts guarantees could be used .but this at least for the handle.
After ts have not installed the well, you try to replace flexiblenya, if it is not already running well, try to check the flexible path to the board, the bottom image
If it is not already running well, try removing picture c2412 down, or blow D3100
