Android charge but not fully

When we charge a android,until 3 hours,but not full,indikation bar charge ok,image below maybe can fix

When we dissasemble Android ,we can see every 5 pins of charge conector conek  to board ,Ussualy when we charge not full,just plus and min are konek to board,
